Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Atlas (“the Service”), operated by Lebertech (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

You may use Atlas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

3. Account registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, you must provide valid payment information to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Atlas. By using the Service, you grant Lebertech a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. AI features

Atlas includes AI-powered features including product agents and NyLi conversational AI. These features use large language model providers. By using AI features, you acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate and that you are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may temporarily interrupt access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lebertech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
