1. Information we collect
When you use Atlas, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and organization details when you create an account — and information generated by your use of the service, including CRM data you enter, activity logs, and usage patterns.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Atlas service
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Monitor and analyze usage and activity trends
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use
3. Data isolation and multi-tenancy
Atlas is a multi-tenant service. Every organization's data is isolated at the database level by organizationId. No organization can access another organization's data under normal operation. Lebertech employees access customer data only for support purposes, with explicit customer consent, and all such access is logged.
4. Data security
We take security seriously. Sensitive fields are protected with application encryption patterns. Data is transmitted over TLS. Mutations to business records are designed to be audit-logged with actor, timestamp, and before/after state where supported by the product surface.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow you to export it. After 30 days, your data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our systems.
6. Third-party services
Atlas integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Microsoft 365 (email), and AI providers (Anthropic via AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
