Introducing Atlas CRM

The CRM finally stops being a place you go to enter data.

Today we're announcing Atlas CRM — the customer relationship manager built for the AI era, where every contact, every email, every deal, and every project lives on one record.

What's new

Atlas CRM ships as part of every Atlas plan. It includes:

  • Accounts and contacts — the full B2B people model with roles, hierarchy, and history.
  • Leads, opportunities, and activities modeled correctly.
  • Lead enrichment with one click, multi-source, fully audited.
  • Bulk update across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • CSV import and export with deduplication and resumable jobs.
  • Pipeline, lead, opportunity, and activity analytics built in.
  • Two-way Outlook sync for mail, calendar, contacts, and directory.

Why we built it

The CRM has been the most-skipped system in the building for twenty years. The reason is structural: the CRM is a separate place to update. Reps avoid it. Managers chase it. Deals slip because the next step lives in someone's inbox, not the record.

Atlas CRM is the first to fix the cause. The CRM isn't a separate place — it is the workspace. Email lands on the contact. Meetings land on the deal. NyLi watches the pipeline and proposes the next move. Reps update the CRM by doing their job, not by stopping to log it.

What's inside the box

  • Native, deep integration with every other Atlas product — Comms, Knowledge, Forge, Sites, Marketing, and Insights.
  • Approval-first AI write actions through NyLi.
  • Full audit log on every mutation by default.
  • Per-organization isolation enforced at the data layer.
